(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of direction to the official respondents to conclude the investigation of FIR No.17 dated 11.02.2015 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC at Police Station Sarhaly, District Tarn Taran and present the challan before the Illaqa Magistrate.

Reply by way of affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Patti, District Tarn Taran filed in the Court is taken on record.

As per the reply, the challan stands submitted before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate on 16.01.2020.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
