Dated Police Station Sections 13.08.2024 City Ferozepur, District Ferozepur 105 and 3(5) of BNS, 2023 Seeking quashing of FIR captioned above, the petitioner has come up before this Court under Section 528, BNSS.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to make a representation. 3.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. It is clarified that while making representation whatever admissions they will make, might be taken against them in evidence. Further, it is also clarified that in case police report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. is filed, then the petitioner shall be at liberty to file discharge application before the trial Court concerned. All pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
