**** M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO, J. (Oral) The petitioner's grievance in this Writ Petition is that an application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 filed by the petitioner on 09.06.2022 has not been disposed of by the respondent No.1 till date.

Notice of motion.

Mr. S.S. Pannu, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State, and submits that the aforesaid application will be disposed by respondent No.1 at the earliest.

Having regard to the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.1 to decide the application dt.09.06.2022 filed by the petitioner under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 on or before 31.01.2023 and communicate the same to all the parties therein.
