HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) CRM-47909-2022 This is an application for placing on record the amended petition in compliance with order dated 06.12.2022. Criminal Misc. Application is allowed, as prayed for. Amended petition is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. CRM-M-54466-2022 Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0493 dated 28.10.2022, registered under Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 27, 28 and 29 of the Punjab Ayurvedic Unani Practitioners Act, 1963, at Police Station Sector 5, Panchkula, District Panchkula.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the above submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
