On 14.01.2025 the following order was passed : "Present appeal pertains to the year 2018. On 29.07.2024 counsel for the appellant had made a statement that the appellant has passed away and sought time to bring on record his legal representatives. Till date no application has been filed for impleading the legal representatives of the appellant. The matter is still at the stage of preliminary hearing. Today the matter has been called twice, however, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 15.09.2025. It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted and in the event of case being not argued on the next date of hearing, the same shall be dismissed for nonprosecution."
