 Prayer in this petition is for directing respondents No.1 to 3 to protect life and liberty of the petitioners as there is immense danger and threat to the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of private respondents No.6 to 9. Further prayer is for directing respondents No.4 and 5 not to implicate the petitioners and their family members in any false and frivolous case at the instance of respondents No.6 to 9.

Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing for some time, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available before the appropriate Court. Permitted to do so.
