**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 258 dated 15.7.2019 under Sections 307, 506, 34 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Civil Line, District Sonipat. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only allegation against the petitioner is that he along with 3-4 persons instigated Deepak to fire gun shot at the complainant and on his instigation, Deepak fired the gun shot. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the petitioner and he is in custody since 16.7.2019. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ramesh, submits that out of 22 prosecution witnesses, none has been examined. The petitioner is in custody since 16.7.2019. The trial will take time to conclude. No useful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner behind the bars.
