Seeking issuance of directions to respondents No.2 & 3 to conduct fair, impartial and proper investigation into the representation dated 01.09.2024 and 06.09.2024, petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 482 CrPC. 2.

Counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Narender Singh, submits that FIR No.209 dated 30.09.2024 has been registered under Section 125 BNS & 25/27 of Arms Act at Police Station Islamabad, Amritsar, against respondent No.4-Prithvi Bhardwaj. 3.

Given above, petitioner's counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh, if need arises. 4.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
