(ORAL) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by an order dated 26.10.2022 (Annexure P-1), whereby it has been debarred from participating in tender proceedings for the next three years. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 31.10.2022 (Annexure P-5) before the respondent-authorities, but without giving any heed to the same, they are keeping it in the debar list.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that they shall take a decision on the petitioner's representation and pass a reasoned order thereon within two weeks after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and communicate the same to it accordingly.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the statement of learned counsel for the respondents, the writ petition stands disposed of.
