(Oral) The present first petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.0005 dated 01.03.2025 registered under Sections 21, 25 (Sections 27 & 27-A added later on) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station State Special Operation Cell, District Fazilka. 2.

Learned State Counsel, on instructions, contends that a supplementary challan pertaining to offences under the Arms Act has been filed against the petitioner and that he is involved in six other cases. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage.

Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
