(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to pursue the matter pertaining to his matriculation certificate before Registrar Co-operative Societies, Haryana where the said matter is pending. In view of the aforesaid request, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. The Registrar Co-operative Societies, Haryana is directed to proceed with the matter expeditiously so as to conclude the same within a short period preferably within a period of 3 months. Since, virtually it is the second round of litigation consequent upon the matter having been remanded back by the Additional Chief Secretary, it is further directed that MOHAN SINGH 2023.10.12 18:08 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
