**** ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) (1) These two connected revision petitions have come up for final disposal in CR No. 7298 of 2019, the orders passed by the trial Court, while deciding application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 for grant of temporary injunction which in appeal have been affirmed by the First Appellate Court is assailed. In CR No.2297 of 2021, the correctness of the order passed by the trial Court, while dismissing application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been challenged.

-2CR No.7298 of 2019 & CR No.2297 of 2021 (2) The perusal of the paper book shows that the Civil Suit was filed in 2015. Interim order passed by the trial Court has continued to operate for the last 08 years. This Court has been informed that the plaintiff would be leading his evidence.

(3) At this stage, it would not be appropriate to re-examine the question of temporary injunction which has already been operative for past 08 years.

(4) Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the revision petitions are disposed of by requesting the trial Court to make sincere endeavour for conclusion of the trial within a period of one year from today. The plaintiff shall be granted only two opportunities to conclude his entire evidence within one month from today. Thereafter, the defendants shall be granted three opportunities to lead their entire evidence spanning over a period of 05 months. Thereafter, the Court will proceed to decide the case finally. (5) With these observations, the revision petitions are disposed of accordingly.
