G.S. SANDHAWALIA, J.(Oral) The case has been called twice but none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. The record reveals that on 20.10.2023, learned counsel for the appellant sought an adjournment to file the additional affidavit of the appellant. Even on 20.11.2023, the additional affidavit was not filed and last opportunity was granted. Then, on 23.04.2024, none had appeared on behalf of the appellant.

It appears that the appellant has lost interest in pursuing the litigation. Resultantly, we dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution.
