The petitioner assails show cause notice dated 17.8.2023 (Annexure P-3) vide which a notice has been issued to the petitioner to show cause as to why his arms license be not cancelled. Vide said show cause notice, the petitioner has further been directed to deposit his arms license till the matter is finally decided.

Having heard learned counsel representing the petitioner, this Court does not find any ground to interfere at this nascent stage with the proceedings initiated on the basis of show cause notice dated 17.8.2023 (Annexure P-3).
