ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioners herein, inter alia, seek issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioners on their respective posts as they were selected and appointed as Zonal Citizen Resource Information Manager (hereinafter referred to as "Z-CRIM). They also completed their two days' training and also worked as Z-CRIM from 22.03.2022 to 11.04.2022. Further prayer has been made to stay the appointment of other candidates i.e., respondents No.6 and 7.

Learned State counsel, at the very outset, submits that petition is not maintainable as the petitioners had earlier approached this Court by way of CWP No. 18371 of 2022, which was disposed of vide order dated 22.08.2022 directing the competent authority to decide the pending legal notice dated 29.06.2022. 3.

In view of the directions already passed by this Court in CWP No.18371 of 2022, no further ground to interfere in the second round of litigation seeking same relief as was sought earlier.
