(ORAL) The grievance, which is being raised in the present writ petition is that the petitioner is entitled for the grant of stage carriage permit on Barnala to Jalandhar via Sidhwan Bet - Nakodar route keeping in view the decision of the Haryana State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Punjab dated 15.10.2012 (Annexure P-4).

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner states that for the relief, which has been sought in the present writ petition, petitioner has served the respondents with a legal notice dated 26.04.2019 (Annexure P-9 Colly.), which is still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a time bound direction is issued to the respondents to decide the said legal notice.
