NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Perusal of the order sheets shows that the matter pertains to the year 2020 and notice is yet to the issued in the matter. Further, on the last two consecutive dates of hearing i.e. 18.04.2022 and 30.07.2023, the appellant had gone unrepresented.

Today, for the 3rd time the appellant had gone un-represented, despite the case having been called twice. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the applicant or her counsel is no more interested in pursuing the present appeal.
