(ORAL) At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant revision has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such, because the matter has been compromised between the parties and the petitioner has already been acquitted under section 320(8) Cr.P.C. vide order dated 10.06.2020, passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
