Seeking transfer of the invesƟgaƟon in the FIR capƟoned above, the peƟƟoner has come up before this Court under SecƟon 528 BNSS. 2.

NoƟce served upon the official respondent through State counsel. The nature of order which this Court proposes to pass, there is no necessity of calling any response from the State.

State counsel submits that it is a case of version and cross version. 4.

Counsel for the peƟƟoner submits that the ends of jusƟce would suffice if the Senior Superintendent of Police is directed to look into the maƩer and if he/she finds that invesƟgaƟon needs to be transferred, he/she may do so. 5.

The present peƟƟon is disposed of with observaƟon that respondent No.3 shall monitor the invesƟgaƟon and go through the file and take a decision whether the transfer of invesƟgaƟon is required or not.
