This present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with a prayer to quash the FIR No.393 dated 02.07.2024 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 115, 121(1), 126, 221 and 351(2) of BNS registered at Police Station Industrial, Sector 29, Panipat, District Panipat and all subsequent proceedings on the basis of mutual compromise deed dated 23.07.2024 (Annexure P-2). 2.
On 01.10.2024, parties were directed to get their statements recorded.

On 08.01.2025, it was informed that the parties could not appear before the trial Court for recording of their statements, therefore, on request, one more opportunity was granted to the parties to get their statements recorded in terms of the order dated 01.10.2024 passed by this Court.

As per the report received from District and Sessions Judge, Panipat based upon the information dated 07.02.2025, none of the parties appeared before the trial Court for getting their statements record in MAMTA 2025.05.06 10:01 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners as well as respondents. This Court is not left with any other option except dismissing the present petition on account of being not prosecuted.
