The petitioner is aggrieved by allotment of the tenders to respondents No.4 and 5 and in respect of which he has submitted representations dated 30.5.2023 (Annexure P-7) and dated 29.8.2023 (Annexure P-9) to respondents No.2 and 3, but to no avail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he restricts his prayer to the extent of issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to get the matter examined and to pass appropriate order in this regard. 3.
