(Oral) As per the affidavit dated 24.11.2020 filed by the Financial Commissioner, Rural Development and Panchayat, it is stated that the petitioner is wrongly described as President of Punjab Panchayati Raj Sports Council, Chandigarh and the representation (Annexure P14) does not relate to her office.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to filed afresh petition, if so advised.
