MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) Petitioners are seeking issuance of directions to the respondents for giving possession to the petitioners of their own house. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer for issuance of directions to respondent No.3- Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, to look into the representation dated 19.09.2023 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioners and take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

In view of the restricted prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the instant petition is disposed of with directions to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, to look into the representation dated 19.09.2023 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioners and take appropriate steps, as may be required, in accordance with law.
