  At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer to the issuance of the direction to the trial Court to decide the application moved by respondents No.1 to 3-plaintiffs under Order 39 Rules 1 & 2 CPC along-with the civil suit, as pending before it, within some specific time frame.

Keeping in view the fact that the said injunction application is pending adjudication since April, 2019, the revision petition in hand is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court concerned to decide the same by 15.12.2022 . !"10
