The instant petition has been filed for setting aside of impugned order dated 17.02.2022 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Dasuya whereby the petitioner was declared as proclaimed person.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that in the main case, the other co-accused are acquitted but the petitioner was declared as 'proclaimed person'as he went abroad. Now the petitioner wants to surrender himself before the trial Court and requested that he be protected from arrest by the police.

The petitioner is directed to surrender himself before the trial Court on or before 10.09.2025 and in the meantime, he will not be arrested by the police in this matter and if he fails to surrender before the trial Court within the stipulated period then the relief granted by this Court deems to be withdrawn.
