(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, is for quashing of FIR No.0074 dated 07.07.2024 registered under Sections 109, 126(2), 115(2), 191(3), 190 of BNS, 2023 and Section 27/54/59 of the Arms Act, at Police Station City-2 Abohar, District Fazilka (Annexure P-1) and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise/affidavits dated 04.09.2024 (Annexures P-2 and P-3) duly sworn by respondent No.2/complainant and respondent No.3/injured qua the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh petition after impleading all the stakeholders.
