Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Hardev Singh, submits that the defaulting police personnel has been adequately punished by the punishing authority and the said order has been placed on record, therefore, the present petition be disposed of.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the above prayer.

In view of the submission of learned counsel for the State, no further orders are required to be passed in the present case.
