The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of letter dated 28.09.2023 (Annexure P-5) whereby respondents have changed milling centre of the petitioner.

The petitioner was initially attached with milling centre, Amargarh. The petitioner was allocated 5880 MT paddy, however, the respondents unilaterally have changed centre of the petitioner and now petitioner has been attached with Dhuri Centre. The allotment has been reduced from 5880 MT to 3000 MT. The petitioner has deposited security of Rs.10,29,000/- vide challan dated 22.09.2023 as per allotment schedule ANJU GOEL 2023.10.18 14:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned State counsel submits that representation of the petitioner shall be considered by Chairman DAC within two days and an appropriate order would be passed.

In the wake of statement of learned State counsel, the petition stands disposed of. The respondents shall consider apart from already made representation, the present writ petition as additional representation of the petitioner.
