(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing of the Fir No.99 dated 07.11.2021 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 420 and 120-B of IPC, 1860 at Police Station Mallanwala, District Ferozepur and all subsequent proceedings arising thereto on the basis of compromise dated 13.06.2022 (Anneuxre P-2) arrived at between the parites.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition.
