Dated Police Station Sections 13.05.2016 Vigilance Bureau, Patiala, Punjab 13(1) (D) read with 13(2) of PC Act, 1988 and 409/120B IPC Reply dated 17.10.2023 filed today in the Court, is taken on record. 1.

The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above, had come up before this Court under Section 438 CrPC seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

Vide order dated 12.10.2023, the petitioner was granted interim protection which is continued till date.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that they would voluntarily complied with the order dated 12.10.2023.

State counsel does not dispute the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is suffering from cancer and there is sufficient medical record to corroborate submission made by counsel for the petitioner. Given the nature of allegations and role of the petitioner as well as considering his medical condition, his custodial interrogation is no more required. 6.
