The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 16.02.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-6270-2022, which was disposed of in terms of order dated 22.11.2023 passed in CWP-6672-2022 titled as 'Sombir and others Vs. Haryana Staff Selection Commission and others'.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 16.02.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-6270-2022 has duly been complied with and the petitioner has joined the post of Laboratory Technician. 3.

In view of the above, since order dated 16.02.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-6270-2022, has already been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 4.
