(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.78 dated 12.06.2022 under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short 'the NDPS Act') and Section 29 of the NDPS Act (added lateron) registered at Police Station Sadar Ahmedgarh, District Malerkotla.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty that if petitioner surrenders before the trial Court and would seek regular bail, the same be considered and decided expeditiously.
