Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to investigate the FIR No.100 dated 22.02.2022, under Sections 406, 420, 447, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station City Sohana, District Gurugram, by senior police officials outside District Gurugram or by some other agency or under the direct supervision of Director General of Police, Haryana.

Status report dated 18.11.2023 by way of affidavit of Harinder Kumar, HPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Pataudi (Gurugram), on behalf of the respondent, filed by learned State counsel, is taken on record. Copy thereof supplied to the opposite side. Registry to tag the same at appropriate place.

Para 14 of the aforesaid report reads as under:- "That the grouse of the petitioner, that has led to filing of the instant petition is that the investigation of the case has been pending since long, however, the said grouse stands redressed in wake of the fact that the challan qua the petitioner has been prepared on 08.11.2023, which will be filed before the Court of competent jurisdiction shortly."

Perusal of the aforesaid Para 14 reveals that challan qua petitioner has already been prepared on 08.11.2023 and learned State counsel, on instructions from the police official, gives an assurance that report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. shall be submitted before the Court of competent jurisdiction within two weeks from today. 5.

In view of the aforesaid stand taken by the State, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, does not press the present petition and submits that the same be disposed off as such. 6.

Ordered accordingly.

Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed off. 8.
