FATEH DEEP SINGH, J. (Oral) The matter has been taken up through Video conferencing on account of outbreak of pandemic COVID-19. Learned State counsel as per instructions received from the Investigating Officer submits that in consequence of interim order dated 30.10.2019, the petitioner has since joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from him and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute. In the light of the statement made by the learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 30.10.2019 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner

CRM M-46250 of 2019 -2will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The petitioner shall abide by the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

With these observations, the present petition stands disposed off.
