The present appeal pertains to the year 2018. Initially, a counsel had appeared on behalf of the appellant. Thereafter, since 2019, none has been putting in appearance on behalf of the appellant barring on 14.09.2022. On the previous date i.e. 09.11.2023 notice was issued to the counsel for the appellant. The counsel stands duly informed, however, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant despite the matter being called twice. 2.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
