Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view 2016 Rules, the impugned order is appealable as the petitioner has a remedy to approach the Governor by filing a memorial, hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed, any further, with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate memorial before the Governor as envisaged under 2016 Rules.
