Notice in the present appeal was issued vide order dated 29.11.2018. However, office report shows that notice could not be issued to the respondent as learned counsel did not file process fee and copy of appeal despite order dated 06.11.2019, vide which opportunity was granted to the learned counsel for the appellant to do the needful. But the same has not been done till date.

Even on the last date of hearing, none had appeared on behalf of the appellant. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant.

In view of the above position, present appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
