(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for quashing of FIR No.102 dated 26.04.2021 registered under Sections 323, 324, 506/34 of Indian Penal Code at Police Station Kharar, District SAS Nagar along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 01.09.2021 (Annexure P-2). Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
