Prayer made in the present petition is for partially modifying the impugned order dated 11.02.2022 qua the notional benefits with regard to which applications dated 04.04.2024, Annexures P-4 to P-6, have been submitted however the same have yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions, from the petitioners, prays that a direction is given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner. 2.

At the asking of the Court, Ms. Mamta Singla Talwar, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the applications dated 04.04.2024, in accordance with law, expeditiously.
