AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though complaint under Section 154 Cr.P.C. should have been filed to the Station House Officer but has been submitted to Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur and enquiry is underway.

Once enquiry is already underway, grievance of the petitioner at this stage for issuance of appropriate direction cannot be looked into. Moreover, the date of the complainant is only 21.08.2019 but no date of marking the complaint to Station House Officer has been disclosed in the writ petition.

In view of above, writ petition is disposed of. In the meanwhile, if there is threat to the life and property of petitioner, concerned Station House Officer is directed to take appropriate steps, if considered necessary.
