The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the order dated 17.09.2024 (Annexure P-8) whereby an application for preponement of date of hearing in the appeal titled as "Anil Kumar and others Vs. Zila Parishad, Rohtak", filed by the petitioners has been dismissed.

On advance service of copy of petition, Ms. Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana, appears on behalf of the respondent-State. 3.
Learned State counsel on instructions from Mr. Amit, Reader, submits that the said appeal along with the stay application filed by the petitioners has now been listed for hearing on 15.10.2024. It is further submitted that in all probability the stay application filed along with the HIMANI GUPTA 2024.10.01 10:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/judgment High Court, Chandigarh
