**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that principle amount has already been released to the petitioner, but its claim still survives qua the interest component.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I deem it appropriate to relegate the petitioner to the remedy of filing representation qua interest component before the competent authority.
