Present application is for review of judgment dated 27.3.2015, passed by this Court, on the ground that substantial questions of law were involved in the case regarding appointment of Local Commissioner and the report submitted by him, whereas the order was passed on the ground that no substantial question of law was involved. So, judgment dated 27.3.2015 be set aside and the case be fixed for early hearing.

Review Application No. RS-23-C of 2015 In Regular Second Appeal No. 1524 of 2014 Court has already considered all these aspects while passing the judgment dated 27.3.2015 and there are absolutely no grounds for acceptance of the present application and the same be dismissed. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, this Court is of the considered view that by way of filing present application, learned counsel for the applicant/appellants seeks re-hearing of the entire matter, which is not permissible and not covered under the scope of review application. Such a view has been taken by Division Bench of this Court in Dalbir Singh Lochab and Others v. State of Haryana and Others 2014(1) RCR (Civil) 115. As such, present application is without any merit and the same stands dismissed.
