Instant second appeal has been filed assailing judgment and decree dated 09.01.2017, passed by learned Additional District Judge, Chandigarh, whereby the appeal of the appellant was dismissed with cost, and judgment and decree dated 22.05.2014, passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Chandigarh, vide which suit of the appellant seeking declaration possession and mandatory injunction, was dismissed.
