RAJIV SHARMA,J Seeking a direction to the respondents for grant of adequate compensation to the dependent family members of the victim of murder under "Policy of Pre-mature Release of Life Convicts" or under "Pardon" and to afford hearing to them prior to the release of murder-life convict, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

The petitioner states that he would be content and interest of justice would be advanced if the representation dated 25.6.2019 (P.1) made by him is considered and decided in accordance with law. The prayer seems to be worthy of acceptance.

Consequently, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the representation (P.1) moved by the petitioner shall be decided by the competent Authority at the earliest.
