(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner - Manjit Singh - in case FIR No.67 dated 03.03.2017 registered under Sections 420, 424, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC at Police Station E-Division, District Police Commissionerate, Amritsar.

On instructions from investigating officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner - Manjit Singh - has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

In view of above, order dated 25.11.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
