Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 307, 506 & 120-B of IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No.148, dated 23.04.2024, registered at Police Station Bilaspur, District Yamuna Nagar (Annexure P-1). 2.
On dated 03.12.2024, following order was passed:- "
As per the reply, filed by the State of Haryana, the injury, which is attributed to the present petitioner, is found to be simple in nature. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation, within the next 15 days from today, with the investigating officer concerned.
Adjourned to 16.01.2025.
In the meanwhile, in case, the petitioner joins the investigation, he shall be released on interim bail of Arresting/Investigating Officer, concerned. However, the JAWALA RAM 2025.01.22 13:23 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
CRM-M-49009-2024 - 2 - petitioner shall continue to join the investigation, as and when called upon to do so, and shall abide by the conditions as provided under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023." 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that in compliance of the order dated 03.12.2024, passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned counsel for the State on instructions from SI Jagdeep Singh, confirms the said averment and submits that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required for the purpose of investigation.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Since the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required, the present petition is allowed and the ad-interim order dated 03.12.2024 is hereby made absolute. 7.
However, the petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023 8.
Petition is disposed of.
