Present appeal pertains to the year 2018 and the same is still at the stage of preliminary hearing. None had put in appearance on behalf of the appellants on the previous date i.e. 11.03.2024. Even today none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants despite the case being called twice. 2.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
