(Oral) All these revisions petitions have been filed by the only petitioner herein against the impugned judgment dated 23.10.2019 passed by the Sessions Judge, Faridabad, whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner against the judgment of conviction dated 16.07.2018 and order of sentence dated 17.07.2018 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Faridabad was dismissed.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent that the petitioner herein has since passed away. CRR-2842-2019 (O&M) & CRR-2844-2019 (O&M) the petitioner was convicted vide orders dated 16.07.2018 and was sentenced to the prescribed term of imprisonment on 17.07.2018 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Faridabad. Additionally, compensation was directed to be paid to the respondent in each of the cases, the details of which are tabulated as under:

Learned counsel for the respondent further contends that in another petition bearing CRM-M-7538-2021 titled as "Shashi Adlakha Vs. State of Haryana and others" that had been filed by the petitioner herein, the same was disposed of vide order dated 04.09.2025 as having been rendered infructuous in view of the demise of the petitioner herein. 4.

In view of the above, the instant petitions are disposed of as having been abated on account of demise of the petitioner herein, without prejudice to the right of the respondent to take recourse to his alternative remedies for seeking enhancement or recovery of the compensation awarded by the Courts in his favour before the Trial Court. 5.
