Mr. Khemka has placed on record a copy of order dated 08.02.2024 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Shahabad, District Kurukshetra to submit that petitioner has been acquitted in FIR No.258 dated 08.09.2012 lodged for offence under Sections 7 (1) and 12 of Punjab Scheduled Road and Controlled Area, Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963. He states that in so far as challenge to Annexure P-12 is concerned, writ petition has become infructuous.

Mr. Khemka points out that petitioner is also aggrieved by communication dated 03.04.2018, Annexure P-14, although, it has not been specifically challenged in the writ petition.
